About JW Investigations

A small private investigation firm focused entirely on online harm — the kind of cases that are urgent, sensitive, and easy to mishandle.

Who we are

JW Investigations is a four-person investigation practice. We work cybercrime and online-harassment cases full time — documenting evidence, identifying patterns of abuse, and helping victims move from "this is happening to me" to "here is a clear record of what happened and what to do next."

Because of the nature of our work — and because some of the people we investigate would prefer our team not be easy to find — our investigators are listed by professional handle and role rather than full personal details. This is a standard precaution in this field. Verified credentials are available to clients on request.

Our team

Our principles

Honesty about our role

We're a private firm, not police. We tell clients plainly what we can and can't do.

Confidentiality

Reports are handled securely and shared only with your consent or where legally required.

Evidence integrity

We document methodically so findings hold up when it matters.

Victim safety first

We never recommend a step that escalates risk to you. Immediate danger means emergency services first.
